BRIAN BOLAND – Chartered Accountant (FCA)
A former partner of Ernst & Young, Brian practised in industry up until 1997. In 1997 he set up this practise which has grown from strength to strength since. Brian’s main practice areas include financial counselling and audit. He has considerable experience in business advisory services and personal financial planning and also is responsible for providing advice on company valuations, restructuring, forensic accounting, initial public offerings, re-financing and re-capitalisations.
ANTHONY HARTIGAN – Chartered Accountant (ACA)
Anthony is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 8 years experience as both a trainee and manager at B M Boland & Co. He is currently manager of the Audit and Corporate Finance sections of the practise as well as dealing with the day-to-day running of the office. In addition, he has a Diploma in Insolvency and Corporate Recovery with Chartered Accountants Ireland and specialises in liquidations, Examinerships, Receiverships and Personal Bankruptcy.
LOUISE BOLAND – Registered Tax Consultant (AITI)
Louise is a qualified Solicitor. Although not practising as a solicitor, she brings her wealth of legal experience and skills into her role as a tax consultant within the practice. Louise deals with general tax planning and consulting across all tax heads, including Mergers and Acquisitions, inbound and outbound tax efficient investment schemes, trusts, corporate taxation, pensions, real estate and renewable energy.
